What you will need for this amazing and easy to make cheesecake is:
- 280 grams of gram crackers
- 350 grams of Philadelphia cream cheese
- 400 grams of sower cream
- 3 large eggs
- Cup and a half of sugar
- 2 packets of powdered vanilla
The first thing you need to do is put the gram crackers along with the butter in a blender and grind them finely.
Take a removable bottom baking pan and cover the bottom with the mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Turn the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl mix the cream cheese with 1 cup of the sugar and 1 vanilla packet until the mixture is smooth. Scramble the eggs and add them to the Philadelphia mixture.
Bake the gram cracker crust for 10 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it chill slightly. At the cream cheese mixture on top and bake for 45 minutes.
In the mean time mix the sower cream with the rest of the sugar and vanilla. Take out the semi ready cheese cake and let it chill for 1o minutes. Add the sower cream mixture on top (this will be the glaze) and bake for another 10 minutes.
Wait until the cheesecake is completely cold before you take it out of the pan.
I used the same mixture to make a few mini cheesecakes as well. 🙂
